Supervision Services

Whether you currently have a coaching practice -- or are planning to become a life coach -- I offer supervision services that can help ensure your success!

In my experience, I've found that having a supervisory relationship with a successful, seasoned coach can be extremely valuable to someone who is considering, or currently engaged in, a coaching career.

Why is supervision important?

Most international coaching associations consider supervision to be an integral and important component in the coach's ongoing goal of providing quality services. Advancing your knowledge and performance, as well as developing strategies to stay competitive, are essential in a field that is rapidly growing and constantly changing. Most coaches understand the value of feedback from a supervisor who supports their goals and growth.

In a supervisory role, I will help you:

Become more critically aware of the interactions with your clients
Improve your observational skills, tools and techniques
Assess and strategize specific cases for which you want feedback
Help you assess and build the strengths of Positive Psychology in your clients
Identify strategies for professional growth
Renew energy and motivation

Supervision Services

My supervision services are available on an hourly basis and are determined solely by you. We can establish a structured, ongoing relationship, or we can meet in an "as needed" arrangement or whenever you require support for a special situation.

In addition to personal, one-on-one hourly office sessions, I also offer support materials that will help you in your work with clients.

My fee for supervision services is $150 for a full 60-minute session. I also offer a package of three one-hour sessions for $400. (Please note that my free consultation offer DOES NOT apply to supervision services. It is only available to new clients who are interested in a coaching relationship.)
